Josh Kaurich, Division Manager, CEM, LEED GA Josh Kaurich is the Division Manager for H&H Energy Management Inc. He is a recognized Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Midwest Renewable Energy Association renewable energy assessor. In addition, he is certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate. Josh’s experience with energy management and efficiency, renewable energy and biofuels helps him to identify integrated energy solutions. Mr. Kaurich has completed an array of energy audits in his career, ranging from work with the Veteran Affairs Administration, various Wisconsin Native American Tribes, and with several Cooperatives and Utilities throughout the Midwest. His auditing experience covers the industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential sector. In addition, Josh has worked extensively in incentive programs and has worked on many measurement and verification projects in his tenure. Before coming to H&H Energy Management, Josh spent several years working with the Focus on Energy program. Finally, Mr. Kaurich is a licensed professional teacher that incorporates a high quality, education component into his projects to better assist his clients during and after a project is complete. |

Adam Laurent, Project Manager, EIT, EMIT, LEED GA Adam Laurent is a project manager with the H&H Energy Management team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has over three years of energy experience in commercial and agricultural settings. Before coming to H&H Energy Management, Adam worked with the Focus on Energy program as an Energy Advisor where he audited various Wisconsin businesses. In addition, Adam was part of the team which developed the first comprehensive agricultural energy auditing and reporting tool used by the Focus on Energy program. In his career, Mr. Laurent has helped write energy efficiency best practices manuals for the Focus on Energy program as well as the Massachusetts’s Farm Energy Program. He is involved in all aspects of energy management for H&H including system design, energy monitoring, and implementation. Adam has worked in the field collecting and analyzing real time energy information from various energy conservation measures. Adam is also skilled in building modeling and design with the eQUEST energy analysis program. |

Steve McHoes, Project Manager Steve McHoes is a project manager within our mechanical division. He brings 20 years of experience as a project manager and foreman. He has managed projects ranging from the State Capitol to Epic Systems to St. Mary’s and UW Hospital & Clinics. Steve started his career in construction as an apprentice sheet metal worker in 1986. He quickly moved into a foreman’s position before becoming a project manager in 2000. Steve has also been active in his community, serving on the Sun Prairie Area School District Board for six years. He was Vice President of the Board for four of the six years. His 25 years of work in mechanical construction is an important component for our Energy Management team. |

David McGinnis, Project Manager/Designer David McGinnis has worked in the construction industry since 1993. He started his career with a large engineering firm in Madison focusing on AutoCAD, electrical design and engineering. Since joining H&H, David has been our team leader for design/build and LEED projects. He has worked as project designer, estimator and project manager. He has also served as a budgeting resource for many general contractors and business owners in Madison and the surrounding area. David has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout his career ranging from $75M+ convention centers to $30K office remodels. His interest in energy efficient lighting design has led to multiple opportunities to reduce our customer’s annual energy bills. Projects ranging from entire parking ramp retrofits to audits of large office buildings to simple replacements of wall switches with occupancy sensor controls. David’s experience in the engineering and construction industry makes him an integral part of our energy management team |

Adam Gusse, Project Manager, Site Assessor for PV, Solar Thermal, Wind Adam is a certified Site Assessor for residential and commercial systems for wind, solar electric (PV) and solar thermal (hot water). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. His over 6 years of experience in research, laboratory management, and technical writing and data accumulation provide a strong background for the variety of technologies involved with renewable energy. In addition to full time work as a Site Assessor, Adam works on permitting, develops return on investment calculations and provides assistance with estimating, billing and large scale project organization. |

Bill Howe, President of H&H Group Holdings Bill Howe is the President of H&H Group Holdings. He has been with the company since 1990, starting in the electrical division. Bill has worked in both the residential and commercial field as a foreman, project manager and estimator before he became the Vice President in charge of operations and later President of the company. A Master Electrician, Bill has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, including voice/data and fiber optics training. Having been involved in every aspect of the business provides Bill a unique and critical outlook on not only what is important for the company and employees, but also what is most important to the customer. Bill is an active participant in our Energy Management division and will be a key project manager over the Energy Service work of the company. |
